Architectuurmuur by Juliettephotography (“the Photographer”) refers to the business operated by Juliëtte Mohamed, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Client refers to the person or entity who enters into an agreement with the Photographer for photography services.
Agreement means any written or verbal arrangement between the Client and the Photographer for the provision of photography services.
Images refers to all photographic works created by the Photographer, whether digital or printed.
Written communication includes email and other verified electronic correspondence.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and services provided by Architectuurmuur by Juliette Photography, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

All quotations and offers are without obligation and valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the Client has accepted the quotation in writing and the required deposit has been received.
The Photographer reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if circumstances arise that prevent proper execution of the assignment.

The full session fee must be paid in advance to secure your booking.
Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is received. This ensures your date and time are exclusively reserved for you.

Payments are to be made within the term stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If payment is not received within this term, the Client will be in default without further notice. In such cases, statutory interest and reasonable collection fees may be charged.

The Photographer reserves the right to withhold delivery of the final images, until full payment has been received e.g. with ordering extra pictures.

Cancellations must be made in writing.
If the Client cancels 14 days or more before the scheduled session, the costs are refundable.
Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled date will incur 50% of the session fee as the brainstorm session has already taken place.
Rescheduling due to illness ,severe weather or other reasonable reasons is allowed without extra charge, subject to mutual availability and agreement.

The Photographer agrees to perform all services to the best of her ability, following professional standards and her artistic style.
The Client agrees to cooperate as reasonably required for the successful completion of the shoot (including punctuality, location access, and preparation).
While every effort is made to meet the Client’s expectations, the Photographer cannot guarantee the production of any specific image, pose, or composition.

Digital photographs will be delivered through an online gallery within four weeks after the shoot unless otherwise agreed.
Preview selections or “sneak peeks” may be shared earlier at the Photographer’s discretion.
Delivery formats are JPEG for photos.
The Photographer is not responsible for color differences between digital and printed results.

All images remain the intellectual property of the Photographer under the Dutch Copyright Act (Auteurswet).
The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final images for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
Editing, cropping, or applying filters to delivered images is not permitted without written consent.
For commercial, editorial, or social media collaborations, separate written permission or a commercial license is required.
The Photographer retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, exhibitions, and marketing unless the Client explicitly objects in writing prior to the shoot.

The Photographer cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or dissatisfaction with artistic style or interpretation.
Liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount of the invoice paid by the Client.
The Photographer shall not be held responsible for loss, damage, or delay caused by technical failure, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances beyond her control.

In cases of illness, accident, extreme weather, or other events beyond the Photographer’s control that prevent fulfillment of the agreement, both parties will discuss a suitable solution, such as rescheduling or refunding part of the fee. The Photographer cannot be held liable for any resulting losses.

Personal data collected during bookings are used solely for communication, invoicing, and delivery of services, in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
The Photographer does not share Client data with third parties except when required for service delivery (e.g. print labs or gallery platforms).

All agreements between Architectuurmuur by Juliettephotography and the Client are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
